Terry takes over Canton Fish Bar having come from a background in Fish & Chip shops spanning nearly 30 years. He's determined to get Canton Fish Bar back to being one of the best local Fish & Chip shops in Canton, Cardiff - by aiming to provide quality and honest food through good old fashioned customer service.
So…
We’ve started to make some positive changes already and will continue to do so over the next weeks and months.
Here’s a few things that what we’ve done already and are working on right now.
What we’ve done so far:
- Understanding our customers base, by personally introducing ourselves as the new owners to old/new customers as well as local businesses.
- We've extended our opening hours by opening longer 6 days a week Mon-Sat 11:30 am -10:30 pm
- Ensuring we’re serving consistent, quality and fresh food to order.
- We're buying better quality produce (higher quality potatoes and fish).
What we’re working on now and coming soon:
- Refreshing the Canton Fish Bar with new and exciting branding across; a new website, social media with flyers and menus dropping very soon.
- Modernizing the fixtures and fittings in the shop serving and preparation areas, including the exterior fascia of the shop.
- Reviewing and updating the menu to ensure we’re serving the right food – don’t worry we won’t make drastic changes without speaking to our customers first, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions of what you would like to see on the menu.
- Loyalty reward scheme is on the horizon.
